| Welcome to Black's Tours Come and experience the magnificent and scenic Monument Valley with Roy Black's guided informative tours by 4X4 openair, Jeep, Horseback or by taking on a Hiking excursion. We have a wide variety of tours available from those who prefer to just sit back to others who can't wait to break-in their hiking boots and hit the trails. Visit some of the notable legendary western movie sites in and around the Tribal Park. There are many areas where old western movies were made by John Ford, John Wayne and many more. See where memorable movies such as "The Searchers", "She Wore A Yellow Ribbon" and more were made. There are unique wonders and naturally formed geological arches all around Monument Valley. Petroglyph drawings of animals, 'fluteplayers', pieces of pottery crafted by ancient peoples and prehistoric formations in rock are all here waiting for your own discovery. This is an all Navajo owned business, so you will get to hear many of the traditional stories and the history of the Navajo people from the source. The tour guide(s) will take you into the restricted areas where you will not see on your own, only by the guided tours. The Guided tours is not all that Black's Tours has to offer, they also provide an overnight stay in a traditional Navajo Hogan with Bed and Breakfast and seasonal story telling and song We've been in the tourism business for over 10 years, however, this is our first official website.
